We are in search of a well-organized, part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate would be responsible for:
- invoicing, entering expenses, and other basic accounting tasks using QuickBooks
- answering phones and directing calls
- order and maintain supplies
- arrange meetings for staff
- administrative support for projects and team members
Required skills and qualities include:
- knowledge and experience with QuickBooks
- knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
- exemplify strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- communicate effectively in a respectful and cooperative manner
- must be reliable (attendance) and prompt
