We are in search of a well-organized, part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team.

The successful candidate would be responsible for:

  • invoicing, entering expenses, and other basic accounting tasks using QuickBooks
  • answering phones and directing calls
  • order and maintain supplies
  • arrange meetings for staff
  • administrative support for projects and team members

Required skills and qualities include:

  • knowledge and experience with QuickBooks
  • knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
  • exemplify strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • communicate effectively in a respectful and cooperative manner
  • must be reliable (attendance) and prompt
